VIBRA-FREE is
a US based, global group dedicated to the design, manufacture
and support of Ultra High Speed Hard Milling machines. Our
mission is to supply state of the
art High Speed Machines to machine shops across the United
States.
Beginning in
1997, in collaboration with factory in Niigata, Japan, VIBRA-FREE
made its entry into the US market. Our customers include some
of the top manufacturing facilities in Aerospace, Mold, Artform,
Semiconductor, and precision small hole drilling in the United
States and Canada.
After years of
experience and research, VIBRA-FREE HD (Heavy Duty) was introduced
in 2004, it is designed with everyday milling applications
in mind, it delivers high end RPM along with practical low range
features such as heavy duty HSK63 tooling, rigid tapping, and coolant
thru spindle.
More importantly,
VIBRA-FREE is about a team of talented people who can enhance your
productivity with expertise gained over 10 years of high speed milling
experience, and machines
designed from the ground up to deliver speed, control thermal
growth, and cut at
extremely
high feedrate, to tight tolerance and near polish finish.
