Hard Milling system in collaboration with
FMC of Niigata, Japan. The VIBRA-FREE, serving
the mold, die, and graphite electrode market.

2004 -
Introduce VIBRA-FREE HD Ultra-High-Speed-Hard-Milling center. The 2nd
generation Heavy Duty VIBRA-FREE delivers practical low end RPM for
roughing while
maintains 24,000 to 36,000 top RPM for high speed
finishing.
2008 -
Introduce VIBRA-FREE JS. The JS is part of Compumachine’s continuing
effort to reduce the cost of High Speed Machining, make
it more accessible, not only to high end mold shops,
but also contracting job shops. Built from solid
bridge construction, VIBRA-FREE JS offers generous
travel of X40”Y28”Z20” and a versatile 16,000RPM
integral motor spindle, enables American job shops
to compete with precision high speed machining at
affordable investment levels. Demonstrating its high
speed hard milling ability, the VIBRA-FREE JS is
displayed for the first time at EASTEC 2008 Compumachine
booth.
* "CompuCAM"
