In my 25+ years in the machining industry, both in the USA & Canada, I've had the opportunity to experience massive changes not only in technological advancements, but also in the productivity increases that they have generated. We at Fluke Metal Products entered a whole new world when we advanced from 15,000 RPM, to 50,000 RPM in CNC milling due to ever increasing demands from our customers to go smaller and smaller with hole sizes and radii approaching .009 & .003 respectively.

Given these new and exacting requirements, we evaluated the different machines that were capable of meeting our machining requirements and selected the Vibra-Free (3-axis) for our 1st machine. We considered machine reliability, accuracy/repeatability & technical/repair support.

Compumachine won hands down and has exceeded our expectations. We have since purchased our 2nd machine, a full 5-axis machine, and achieved machining capabilities beyond our wildest expectations. Again, the accuracy and capability of this machine has exceeded our expectations. Compumachine has given Fluke Metal Products the ability to continue being a leader in machining/product development for our ever demanding customer requirements. In the future we anticipate adding to our Compumachine stable of machines as business dictates.
