the work-piece with 360° closed-loop casting frame,
bridge construction offers a massive stationary platform that
enables the moving components to remain short, rigid and light,
this lays the foundation for VIBRA-FREE's renowned rapid,
precise and silky-smooth servo motion.
Built-in motor spindle on all our VIBRA-FREE
models dramatically reduce vibration - the # 1 culprit
of the high speed machining. With no mechanical couplings
like gear, belt even direct
type, our VIBRA-FREE motor spindles have the
rotor shaft built in the winding, cut
with ease at top speed from 16,000 to 55,000RPM.

High RPM need to
be matched with high feedrate, but the
higher the feedrate, the harder to maintain
contouring
accuracy.
Each VIBRA-FREE, besides Advance
Fanuc AI Nano HPCC, is powered by
UHSHM with unique dynamic
servo tuning to handle undesired overshoot,
undershoot and chatter that can occur during
high speed machining.
Working behind the scene, our own UHSHM
software measures, calculates and compensates, offering
real time thermal mapping compensation. Combined with
an extensive chiller through spindle and chiller through
ball screws circulating system, thermal growth
is kept under control.
